These two troublemakers were extremely lucky I take walks through the Burlington Park in Burlington IL. As I passed a garbage barrel near the upper baseball diamond, I heard a rustling. Knowing there are holes in the bottom, I suspected a snake had come up through a hole and into the trash. I peered over the top, to find two little faces looking back up at me. I got a couple of people to tip the barrel over, and before these little siblings took off, I snapped this shot. They would not have survived another day, and so I am glad I was able to help and capture the moment.
